The 12th International Mycological Congress (IMC12) Research
Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute, Amsterdam
The organizing committee of the IMC12, along with the International Mycological Association has made the difficult decision to postpone the IMC12 to 2024.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had negative consequences for planning the upcoming IMC, and will still restrict international travel for some time to come. One of the main aims of IMC meetings is to engage the youth, facilitate face-to-face meetings, and hands-on workshops in mycology. To this end, we have decided to postpone IMC12 to 2024. As organizers we are confident that we will be able to host an excellent Congress in the Netherlands in 2024. Additional details on the plans for 2024 will follow soon.

BMS Annual Conference - Fungi and the Environment Society
Cranfield University
A Conference to celebrate 125 years of the British Mycological Society (1896 - 2021)
To celebrate 125 years of the BMS, we have created a full and varied programme of presentations, poster sessions, seminars and workshops for all from the fungal biology and ecology community, with an additional day dedicated to early career mycologists. The conference is open to national and international BMS members and non-members from the broad mycology community.
The main meeting will be preceded by the 1st BMS Research Student Conference, for PhD research students and recent post-doctoral scientists to present their work, hear from a selection of speakers and meet with colleagues from across the mycology sector.
All attendees will be welcomed to Cranfield on the first evening with a barbeque and chance to meet colleagues, old and new.
The three-day scientific programme includes international speakers in five sessions discussing fungi in the built, human, industrial/technological and natural environments. The final morning’s presentations will be on the theme of 'climate change and interactions with fungi'.
For Colleagues interested in field mycology, speakers will cover aspects of Taxonomy, Recording and Conservation. The practical element of the Spring Field Meeting follows, from Wednesday lunchtime until Sunday midday at the same venue.
All attendees are invited to join the BMS at Woburn Safari Lodge for an evening of music, aware of prizes and the Conference Dinner.

We look forward to welcoming you all to an exciting meeting in April 2022!
